Job Summary
Meat Clerk Part Time at BJ’s Wholesale Club, responsible for receiving, rotating, wrapping, and merchandising fresh and processed meats; assists in merchandising seafood, rotisserie chickens, prepared foods, and cheeses; provides assistance to Members by answering questions and recommending products; maintains cleaning and safety standards within the meat department; supports club policies and procedures; works as a team to deliver Gold club standards and customer service excellence; demonstrates speed, adaptability, and a positive attitude while ensuring proper labeling, weighing, wrapping, and stock of meat, poultry, seafood, and cheeses.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience working with fresh and processed meats preferred.
- Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.
- Prior experience working in a meat and/or deli department preferred.
