Meat Clerk Part Time

Receive, rotate, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats, poultry, seafood, and cheeses. Weigh, package, and label cuts, including grinding hamburger meat, while inspecting deliveries for quality standards. Answer member questions, make product recommendations, and ensure cases remain fully stocked. Clean and sanitize display fixtures, coolers, and freezers, and dispose of damaged or expired items per guidelines. Maintain club policies, safety standards, and GOLD Member Service standards while supporting team goals.
