Job Summary
Receives, rotates, wraps, and merchandises fresh and processed meats, seafood, poultry, cheeses, and prepared foods. Inspects deliveries against quality standards, weighs and packages cuts including grinds, and ensures cases remain fully stocked. Provides product assistance to members, cleans and sanitizes equipment and display fixtures, and maintains all safety and club policies. Performs other duties as assigned with regular, predictable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with fresh and processed meats
- Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines
- Prior experience working in a meat and/or deli department
