Meat Clerk must be at least 18yrs old

Meat Clerk is responsible for keeping the pre-packaged meat section well stocked and orderly, including ordering and unloading product, stocking shelves, building displays, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and merchandising meat department products. The role requires maintaining a clean work area, following all safety rules, and performing additional tasks as assigned, potentially in a meat prep area. Clerk should be familiar with store products and their locations to assist customers, and must adhere to sanitation, food safety, and personal hygiene standards.
