Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service at the meat counter and sales floor by fulfilling special orders and answering product questions. Maintain fresh, well-stocked displays by inspecting, rotating, and replenishing meat products and supplies. Ensure regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule and provide adequate notice for occasional absences. Perform other duties as assigned while adhering to food safety standards and proper equipment usage for slicers and lifting. This part-time or full-time role in Suamico, WI, supports our commitment to delivering premium service and sustainable seafood selection across Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule
- Adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full range of upper body motion
- Lifting up to 80 pounds on an occasional basis
- Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures such as freezers, coolers, kitchens, and sales floor
- Repetitive motion of hands and wrists
- Stand in one place for a long period of time
- Bend, stoop, and kneel regularly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of safety and food safety practices
- Commitment to following safety and food safety practices
- Proper training and knowledge of equipment and procedures, including: slicers, proper lifting techniques, trash compactor, baler, etc.
