Meat Clerk Full Time

Receive, rotate, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats, poultry, seafood, cheeses, and prepared foods. Weigh, package, and label cuts, including grinding hamburger meat, while ensuring all delivered items meet quality standards. Assist the meat cutter, inspect storage, and stock cases fully. Provide member assistance by answering product questions and making recommendations. Maintain cleaning and safety standards in the cooler, freezer, and display cases. Disposing of damaged or expired products per guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Full-time, regular attendance required.
