Job Summary
Meat Clean Up Clerk responsible for wrapping and weighing meat, poultry and seafood for display or customer orders using meat wrapping equipment and scale. May operate meat slicer and cubing machine, place meat or seafood on trays for display, grind meat orders, clean work area, unload products and stock deli items. May assist with ordering product and work in a refrigerated area. Essential duties include taking customer orders, standing for 8 hours, using basic math to measure material quantities, keeping the station sanitary, lifting and handling bulky materials, weighing/wrapping/pricing merchandise, and stocking display cases. Non-essential duties may include handling tools or power equipment and receiving money/change.
