Job Summary
Prepare and produce meat products according to production and merchandising plans. Package, label, and stock backroom cases while rotating and dating inventory. Merchandise products per flight plans and notify the Meat Manager for supply orders. Communicate tasks, recipes, weights, and cleaning steps to other associates. Adhere to PPE, food safety, cleaning, and guest experience guidelines. Perform basic math functions and stand or walk for extended periods. Lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (GED) preferred
- One year of retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Basic mathematical skills
- Detail Oriented
- May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- The associate may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- Employee is subject to a typical retail store environment (varied temperatures)
- Employee is exposed to outside weather conditions
- Travel requirements vary by assignment
