The Meat Assistant Team Leader will assist the Meat Manager in overseeing the Meat Department, managing team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality meat products and service. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience, a meat cutting certification, and a strong focus on customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Meat cutting certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- At least 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Prior management experience in Meat operations or related field
- Customer Service Experience
- Knowledge of Market District meat operational procedures
- Ability to read and interpret Profit and Loss statement
