Job Summary
Lead and develop the department team to achieve goals and maintain exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include interviewing, training, scheduling, performance management, maintaining department morale, ensuring food safety procedures, managing inventory and assets, coordinating with the Department Manager on meetings and production/promotion goals, and coaching team members in accordance with company policies. Demonstrates leadership, time management, delegation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding store cleanliness, safety, and financial objectives. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; requires 18+ and a Food Safety Manager certification; includes weekend/holiday flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year store experience
- Must possess Certified Food Safety Manager certification
