Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and empower team members to improve efficiency, engagement, and retention while maintaining merchandising and operational standards. Be accountable for financial objectives and build diverse teams that foster inclusiveness and belonging. Resolve customer inquiries courteously and deliver positive service experiences. Work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to move 50lbs and remain mobile for entire shifts. Maintain a consistent record of delighting customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Required Qualifications
