Job Summary
Conduct meat and chicken preparation, including making sausage, grinding and cutting meat, and wrapping products for counter display. Receive loads from transportation trucks and stack them properly. Maintain readiness to adapt to additional skills and duties as requested. Requires ability to lift 40 lbs, push or pull 100 lbs, and stand for five hours. Must use knives, slicers, ovens, and other machinery safely. Full-time opportunity available depending on staffing needs.
