Job Summary
Deliver high-quality products and services from the Performance Live Center by supervising wellsite crews and directing analytical job execution to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Maintain accuracy and timeliness for an average of four jobs per shift while obtaining customer acceptance on all Measurements, Logging, and Drilling reporting requirements. Manage risk systematically through standard work protocols and support field operations and Performance Live Management. Optimize workflows using automation and augmented delivery solutions to drive digital adoption in drilling. Work 12-hour shifts in a multicultural office environment covering multiple wellsite operations, utilizing SLB technologies and M365 tools to maintain technical competency growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of oilfield experience as a Measurement-While-Drilling professional
- Minimum bachelor's degree in science and/or engineering
- Strong communication skills
- Multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy mindset
