Job Summary
Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of flow measurement equipment for natural gas and liquid systems. Execute basic calibrations, plate inspections, and meter tube "dress-out" per customer specifications, while installing and replacing multivariable transmitters and related instrumentation. Utilize calibration software (ROC, TotalFlow, ModWorx) in accordance with company procedures and follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all safety protocols while completing fieldwork. Travel safely to customer sites to complete work assignments and ensure accuracy and completeness of service tickets. Submit documentation promptly and maintain compliance with Method Flow and Roeslein policies. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and partners to resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be 21+ to operate company vehicle)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in measurement, instrumentation, or oil & gas operations preferred
- Experience with liquid flow meters and related components is a plus
- Familiarity with oil & gas processes and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call rotations
