Measurement Technician

Job Summary
The role focuses on installing, calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting gas measurement and metering systems, including flow meters and sensors, with routine calibration, data recording and reporting, and ensuring compliance with API/AGA standards and safety procedures. The technician supports installation/commissioning of new systems, collaborates with engineering/operations/maintenance teams, and responds to measurement-system-related emergencies to ensure accurate gas flow, pressure, temperature, and volume measurements and reliable pipeline operations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Relevant certification in instrumentation or measurement systems is an asset
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in measurement, instrumentation, or gas pipeline operations (preferred)
