Job Summary
Serve as primary Liaison for projects, performing advanced troubleshooting of measurement issues and assisting Measurement Technicians with maintenance on electronic flow meters, gas chromatographs, and regulation equipment. Audit measurement stations, monitor SCADA and MDS systems to identify potential issues, and participate in operational reviews to ensure accuracy and reliability. Provide training to Measurement Technicians and communicate effectively with customers, analysts, and internal workgroups to resolve system balance issues. Operate a company-owned vehicle safely and promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and industry practices. Work outdoors in extreme weather, perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintain regular attendance while available for overtime and call-outs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' of related experience in natural gas related industry
- Possess and maintain a valid driver license
- safe driving record satisfactory to the company
- Advanced knowledge, technical expertise and work experience relating to this position
- Basic computer skills including proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel
- proficiency with specialized software to interface with Electronic Flow Meters (EFMs)
- proficiency with Gas Chromatographs
- proficiency with other related equipment
- Must be able to work outdoors in extreme weather
- perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds in a safe manner
- Available for overtime and call-outs as needed based on business necessity
- Able to work in close quarters: i.e., working while kneeling, squatting, sitting, climbing, and standing
- Regular and reliable attendance
