Job Summary
Measurement & Report Specialist responsible for delivering daily/weekly/monthly reports and ad hoc analyses, driving governance around performance metrics, and enabling automation through Power Platform tools. Role emphasizes client/stakeholder management, advanced Excel/BI dashboard capabilities, and the ability to derive insights from historical data to spot trends and anomalies. Responsibilities include delivering accurate reports on time, connecting with stakeholders to understand requirements, and driving value through automation of reports and processes across F&A, Marketing Operations, HR, Procurement and Supply Chain. The candidate should have strong communication, collaboration in a matrixed organization, and experience with virtual/remote teaming. Tools and skills highlighted include MS Office (advanced Excel), Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA/macros, and PowerPoint for presenting insights.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduation
- 7 to 11 years of experience
- Experience in reporting of contractual metrics and operational KPIs
- Client and Stakeholder Management experience
- Effective communication and organization skills with polished professional presence
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge in Excel formulas
- Ability to create user-friendly Excel / BI dashboards
- Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
- VBA Macros
- Ability to create meaningful presentations through PowerPoint
- Knowledge of processes like F&A, Marketing Operations, HR, Procurement and Supply Chain
- Ability to perform analysis on historical data and generate insights
- Ability to drive automation of reports and processes to improve efficiency
- Ability to connect with stakeholders and drive governance around performance metrics
