Measurement Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee all major Measurement projects, including periodic field audits for compliance tasks and new meter sets. Monitor daily Electronic Volume Corrector paperwork from FlowGIS and interface with the Billing Department to provide investigation data and recommended adjustments. Request RFQs, create purchase orders, and receive materials in Oracle and Maximo while maintaining inventory of parts, fittings, EVCs, and meters. Assist the Measurement Superintendent with supervisory duties and schedule Measurement Specialist work using Click Scheduler and Outlook. Ensure job safety, contractor work quality, and compliance meet Company Construction standards and Illinois Part 501 requirements. Provide necessary field information to Storage, Peaking, Reservoir, Engineering, and Construction Operations groups. Requires 3-5 years in gas operations and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-5 years' experience in gas operations
- Understanding of AGA Guidelines, Illinois Part 501 and natural gas formulas and calculations (corrected measurement, flow rate, proper meter sizing, etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical ability
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- State driver's license
- Company driving test
- Some travel required
- Lifting and carrying heavy equipment
