Job Summary
Conduct routine audits, clean-up, and version control activities for HR portal content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency. Assist in creating, updating, and publishing HR content across knowledge bases while coordinating with HR teams to gather inputs for updates. Maintain consistency in formatting, templates, and branding standards, and support knowledge article tagging and organization for easy access. Track and document all content updates and changes while ensuring adherence to data privacy and information security standards. Respond to basic content-related queries from stakeholders and perform routine checks to ensure information relevance.
Required Qualifications
- BE/Master of Business Administration
- 1 to 3 years experience in content support, HR operations, or administrative roles
- Freshers with relevant internship/project experience can be considered
- Graduate in any discipline
- Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
- Good written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to follow defined processes and guidelines
- Basic knowledge of document formatting and content structuring
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Awareness of Australian workplace basics (leave policies, employee communication standards)
- Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., SharePoint or similar) is a plus
