Measurement and Insights Intern

Job Summary
Support Communications, Government Affairs, and Internal Communications teams by running data queries, surfacing insights for media narratives, and generating reports with clear interpretations. Maintain and optimize measurement systems, develop strategies from the ground up, and create materials like infographics and dashboards to help teams understand metrics. Proactively identify opportunities to implement AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency, while staying informed on social listening developments to bring concrete proposals. Provide basic training on measurement systems and tools, and ensure deliverables and trackers remain prioritized.
Required Qualifications
- Studying a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field with a strong quantitative component
- Strong Spanish and English communication skills (both written and verbal) — essential
- A genuine interest in AI and a track record of learning and implementing new tools independently
- Proactive, self-taught mindset
- Data-driven thinking with the ability to interpret results and translate them into clear, actionable insights
- Interest in measurement, social listening tools, communications, and technology
- Organized, results-oriented, and committed
- Empathic team player, eager to collaborate and willing to learn many new systems quickly
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL (basic analysis, cleaning, automation)
- Schedule availability in the mornings
- Hybrid work model (1–2 days at the office)
