Job Summary
Measure replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and specialty products to ensure accurate ordering and efficient installations. Identify installation challenges and recommend appropriate solutions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Manage a daily schedule independently while utilizing tablets, mobile applications, and computer software for project setup. This role supports the Operations team at Window World of Boston, a rapidly growing home improvement company, by ensuring every project succeeds from the beginning.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience measuring replacement windows and doors
- Thorough knowledge of residential replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, bays, bows, and garden windows
- Strong understanding of residential construction and remodeling
- Ability to identify installation challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage a daily schedule
- Proficiency with tablets, mobile applications, and computer software
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
