Job Summary
Measure Technician (In-Home Advisor) travels to pre-assigned measure appointments within Tukwila, WA area to perform in-home measurements, support sales, provide product knowledge, calculate and present quotes, and coordinate installations within the Measurement Services center Field Services Organization. Strong focus on customer service, measure accuracy, timeliness, and sales productivity. Responsibilities include completing daily routes for measurements, collaborating with associates/managers, maintaining schedules, asking open-ended questions to understand customer needs, describing features and benefits, and guiding customers through related services programs. Requires travel to appointments and the ability to work in a field-based environment; reports to the Assistant Market Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Reliable Transportation
- Minimum Education: High school diploma and/or GED
- Minimum Years of Work Experience: 1+ years of related work experience
- No certifications required
- Minimum leadership experience: None
- No travel restrictions stated beyond travel between locations
- Ability to travel to pre-assigned measure appointments and work in a field-based role
