Measure Technician - B2C

Perform precise field measurements for all window and door projects to ensure installation accuracy; review contracts, scope of work, and project details prior to scheduled measure appointments; evaluate site conditions and installation requirements, identifying potential challenges before ordering; maintain professional communication with homeowners and verify all contract specifications during measure appointments; document discrepancies or changes and process change orders as needed; create, finalize, and submit OMS project builds and measure packets for internal review and purchasing approval; maintain accurate documentation within OMS, Lead Perfection, and project records; coordinate with purchasing, project managers, and installation teams to support seamless project execution.
