Job Summary
In-Home Measure Technician travels to customer appointments within a defined geography to perform accurate in-home measurements, supports sales and product inquiries, prepares quotes, and coordinates installations within The Home Depot’s Field Services Organization. Responsibilities include conducting measure appointments, delivering quality customer service, engaging customers with open-ended questions, describing features and benefits of merchandise, and applying product knowledge to assist customers and drive sales while coordinating installations and maintaining accurate measurements.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum Education: high school diploma and/or GED
- Minimum Years of Work Experience: 1+ years of related work experience
