Job Summary
Measure Technician (In-Home Advisor) travels to pre-assigned measure appointments within a defined geographic area to perform in-home measurements, provide quality customer service, and support sales and installations. Responsibilities include completing measure appointments, calculating and presenting quotes, describing product features and benefits, and maintaining customer relationships while interacting with customers daily. The role primarily travels to appointments and works independently in the Field Services Organization, using company-issued devices, with a focus on measure accuracy, timeliness, and customer-focused service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
