Job Summary
Director of Practice / Hospital Director responsible for the operational, commercial and people performance of one or more veterinary practices. Set and execute strategic direction, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high standards across operations, client experience and business performance. Manage budget and P&L, drive growth and continuous improvement, and cultivate a high-performance culture across sites. 40-hour week across five days with flexible hours, supporting Accrington, Clitheroe and Barrowford locations, and overseeing site-wide clinical and operational initiatives. Strong senior leadership, financial acumen, and change-management capabilities are essential to lead from the front and deliver long-term organisational impact.
