Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders, while observing behaviors, monitoring vital signs, and tracking responses to treatments. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, and one year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience, with rehabilitation experience preferred.
