Job Summary

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans. Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices while fostering a positive, engaging learning environment. Work in clients' homes and community-based settings as a part-time Registered Behavior Technician, with paid training provided to help eligible candidates earn their RBT certification before beginning services. Commit to at least six months of work to make a lasting impact on children with Autism.
