Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and accurately collecting session data via electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment while building meaningful connections with families. Services are delivered in clients' homes and community-based settings for part-time candidates committed to at least six months. We offer paid training to help eligible candidates earn their RBT certification before beginning services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services
- Services are provided in clients' homes and community-based settings
- Part-time positions
- Candidates who are committed to making a lasting impact and are willing to dedicate at least six months to changing the lives of our clients
