Job Summary
Deliver meals to homebound clients in East Harlem as part of the Meals on Wheels program. Responsibilities include delivering meals daily, packing meals into hot and cold containers, maintaining the daily route sheet, reporting delivery issues, sanitizing delivery bags and containers, and assisting with kitchen or program duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 30+ pounds, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with aging populations. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Part-time role (20 hours/week).
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (30+ pounds)
- Ability to walk to deliver meals daily
- Good organizational ability, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of and desire to work with aging populations
