Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak and understand English or language understood by residents
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, transfer, stoop, stretch, walk, push and pull
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work at any Northfield Retirement Communities Long Term Care or Assisted Living facility as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas and kitchen
- Follow menus and prepare food and beverages
- Store food per dietary procedures
- Provide safe, pleasant dining experiences for residents
- Maintain confidentiality
