Job Summary
Meadow View Greatness Coach at Meadow View Elementary (Sun Prairie Area School District). This full-time role (7:15 am–3:15 pm, Monday–Friday during the school year) supports the academic and social/emotional development of students by creating a safe learning environment across classrooms and common spaces. Responsibilities include greeting and supporting students, modeling PBIS, monitoring hallways and entry points, building positive relationships, identifying and assisting disengaged students, facilitating mediation with teachers, students, and parents, guiding students in solving conflicts, maintaining confidential records, coordinating with school staff, and providing backup support to other roles. Requirements include meeting NCLB standards, completing PBIS, First Aid, CPR/AED, crisis procedures, restorative justice, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training, and possessing a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet the following NCLB standards for this position.
- Must be willing to attend the following district workshops: PBIS training, First Aid, CPR/AED training, crisis procedures training, restorative justice, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
