Meadow Team Lead

Team Lead (OEM Parts Wrangler) at Parts Town in Illinois. You will provide operational oversight in a large and automated distribution center, improve new-hire training, and lead a team of Parts Wranglers. Responsibilities include assisting supervisors with workflow management and team member training, communicating safety, quality, housekeeping, and productivity expectations, researching and solving daily transactional problems, providing call-in coverage through cross-training in most FC operations, leading projects and the Saturday shift, and participating in daily safety walks. The role requires the ability to move around for long periods, intermittently lift 50 lbs, and either be vehicle certified or willing to be trained. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, fluency in English (written and verbal), and availability Monday through Friday with Saturdays as needed are required.
