Job Summary
Execute approved test plans using both manual and automated test cases, documenting execution status, results, defects, and findings. Analyze system requirements and concept of operations documents to develop test and evaluation plans. Prepare for and conduct test data collection and analysis while developing and maintaining test cases and supporting documentation. Coordinate with Government, development, and external test organizations to support integrated T&E activities within an Agile development environment. Assist with defect identification, retesting, regression testing, and release-readiness activities using collaborative engineering tools. Requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph, Bachelor's degree, and six years of relevant experience. Exempt hourly position with 11 paid holidays, 3 weeks PTO, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a science, mathematics, engineering, or related technical field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Engineering
- At least six (6) years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus four (4) years of relevant experience
- Experience executing manual and/or automated software tests
- Experience analyzing requirements and translating them into test cases or procedures
- Experience documenting and reporting test results
- Ability to work collaboratively within technical and Agile teams
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Atlassian tool suite, including: Jira, Confluence, TestRay / SynapseRT
- Familiarity with basic Linux tools and command-line utilities
- Experience with browser-based automated testing tools such as: Playwright, Selenium
- Experience with additional test and automation tools such as: Cucumber, Gherkin, JMeter, Swagger or similar API testing tools
