Job Summary
Senior Electroplating Engineer responsible for daily management of electroplating chemicals, testing and research of plating parameters, pilot experiments to address production/process/quality issues, development and implementation of new processes, materials, and equipment for mass production, preventive analysis and improvement of anomalies in plating and other processes, and maintenance/updates of plating systems. Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a science/engineering field, English CET-4 or higher, at least 2 years of PCB electroplating or plating chemistry/equipment experience, and preference for pulsed plating or high-AR/HDI product experience. Location: Dongguan, China.
Required Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历,理工科化工或材料相关专业
- 英语水平CET-4及以上
- 具备2年PCB相关行业电镀工序或电镀药水/设备相关经验
- 有脉冲电镀或高AR产品经验、HDI产品制作经验者优先
