Job Summary
ME Technician Process Technologies role focused on setting up equipment, materials, and tooling to meet production requirements; monitor equipment performance, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, review production schedules, ensure process readiness, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining IATF and customer standards. Requires High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in processing/manufacturing environments with knowledge of high-pressure RIM equipment, milling, and basic electrical/mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems; shift is Tue-Fri 6:00 PM–4:30 AM with overtime. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of Process Technician experience supporting manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of high-pressure RIM equipment, milling processes, and manufacturing troubleshooting
- Basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and maintain quality standards
