Job Summary
Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues; perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication; inspect tools and equipment; identify and operate shut-offs; maintain inventory and requisition parts; document daily activities; apply knowledge of air conditioning/refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and related systems; perform surface repairs and general housekeeping related to engineering; follow Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures; communicate with shifts and support team to ensure guest satisfaction and proper operation of building systems.
