Job Summary
Coordinate new product introductions by providing technical testing input and preparing specifications. Lead MAE/tooling design, setup, and release while driving cost and lead-time reductions through CIP and localization initiatives. Develop and optimize test programs to ensure production activities align with system requirements. Resolve customer quality issues and implement improvements across product quality, cost, and delivery performance. Support existing product manufacturing on all technical issues affecting quality and overall equipment effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in ECU Testing regarding of electronics, Video/Audio, Tuner wireless Testing manufacturing background
- Be familiar with testing for final assembly
- Good English communication
Desired Qualifications
- With testing program development experience preferred
- With leading project experience preferred
- Project Management experience is preferred
- Program Development (laberview ,pathon...)
