MDU Coordinator

Job Summary
Own MDU construction projects from start to finish, coordinating scheduling with property management, facilitating unit access, tracking materials, and controlling costs. Deliver certified networks to end users on time and within budget while documenting as-builts in Vetro and uploading optical levels to SharePoint. Partner with the sales team to identify customer needs, develop technical solutions, and support activities including site visits, negotiations, and presentations. Present complex designs clearly to non-technical prospects and manage contractor relationships to ensure quality workmanship meets company standards. Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual homes-passed targets. Support a 24/7 operation including mandatory overtime, after-hours work, and emergency response. Maintain assigned vehicle in a clean and professional manner while representing IQ Fiber in approved field attire at all times.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Satisfactory driving record
- Ability to drive during nighttime and adverse weather conditions
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Desired Qualifications
- Two-year degree
- 5+ years of experience in OSP engineering and MDU solutions
- Experience with walk-out surveys
- Experience with design
- Experience with budgeting
- Experience with creating BOMs including XGSPON
- Experience managing contractor relationships
- Experience coordinating multi-site construction projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Computer skills sufficient to learn new applications and systems, including Vetro
