Job Summary
Primary Location NSW - Chatswood; VIC - Melbourne; QLD - Fortitude Valley. Role: coordinate intake, logging, triage, tracking and resolution of customer complaints and queries across the MDU program; provide structured point of control for issues; maintain records, escalate where risk or impact increases; support governance and reporting; prepare standard responses, templates, and close-out communications; track trends and provide insights for continuous improvement; collaborate across Engagement Managers, LACS, Marketing and Communications, and delivery teams to ensure issues are visible and managed through to closure.
