MDSA/Swim Trip Helper

MDSA/Swim Trip Helper at Hindon CEVA Primary School. The role combines Midday Supervisory Assistant duties with supervising children during a weekly swimming trip. Responsibilities include supervising pupils in dining and recreational areas, encouraging positive behavior, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, preparing and clearing dining spaces, basic first aid where appropriate, safeguarding reporting, supervising traveling on coaches, and supporting staff during training and development. Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a commitment to pupil wellbeing are essential, with experience in an educational setting preferred. DBS check required; role involves safeguarding responsibilities and adherence to school policies. This is a temporary maternity-cover contract with start on 02 September 2026, 7.5 hours per week across 38 weeks per year, salary £13.05–£13.47 per hour (salary figures stated in GBP).
