Job Summary
Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument ("RAI") process in accordance with State and Federal law, policies, and community goals. Maintain an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of practice. Possess intermediate computer skills to navigate electronic health record software and maintain current CPR or BLS Certification. This part-time role offers day shifts with wages based on experience at Woodlands Health and Rehabilitation Center in Ravenna, OH.
