MDS RN Nurse

RN MDS Nurse RAC located in Indianapolis, IN (Evergreen Crossing and Loft) responsible for accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments and coordination of the RAI process. Oversees Medicare/Medicaid case mix and managed care to ensure appropriate clinical services and reimbursement, ensures compliance with federal/state regulations and CommuniCare policies, and contributes as a key member of the facility’s management team to achieve quality outcomes. Requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing and an Indiana RN license; three years of long-term care experience and familiarity with MDS/RAI processes preferred. Full-time AM shift; no on-call and no floor duty.
