Job Summary
Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument ("RAI") process in accordance with State and Federal law, policies, and community goals. Maintain an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of practice. Possess intermediate computer skills to navigate electronic health record software. Hold an active CPR or BLS Certification. Available for full-time shifts Monday through Friday. Join a team recognized as one of America's Most Admired Workplaces for 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of practice
- Must have an active CPR or BLS Certification
- Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software
- Must be able to complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with the requirements of State and Federal law as well as the policies and goals of this Community
