Job Summary
MDS RN position in Autumn Care of Suffolk (Suffolk, VA) within a skilled nursing facility. Primary responsibility is to complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with state and federal requirements and the facility's policies. Requires active RN license in the practice state and CPR/BLS certification, plus intermediate computer/EHR skills. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of practice
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software
