MDS Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN

MDS Nurse (PRN) responsible for coordinating and evaluating resident assessments, care plans, and MDS/CAAS processes; perform and document assessment activities, establish ARDs, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, participate in quality improvement and regulatory inspections, and mentor staff while providing compassionate resident care. Strong emphasis on proactive communication, attention to regulatory guidelines, and documentation accuracy; requires nursing degree and current RN or LPN license with 2+ years of MDS/skilled nursing experience. Location is Reno, NV with in-person requirements.
