MDS Registered Nurse

Coordinate and manage the resident assessment process, including completing and auditing MDS assessments, care area assessments, and care plans to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor quality measures, support accurate reimbursement, and educate staff on documentation standards. Provide compassionate, dignified care while contributing to performance improvement in a mission‐driven healthcare environment with opportunities for growth.
