Job Summary
MDS Nurse position focusing on coordinating the MDS process, leading care planning, coordinating assessments, and managing reimbursement in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include case-managing care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and communicating with families regarding resident care. Requires BSN preferred, Ohio RN license, and around 3 years of MDS experience; on-call rotation with Monday–Friday schedule. Required Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- Current OH RN license
- 3 years’ of MDS experience in long-term care/nursing home environment preferred
- Experience in post-acute environments also a plus
- For RN candidates with no MDS experience, 3 years experience as a Nurse is preferred
