Develops and coordinates the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments in accordance with current rules and guidelines; maintains MDS schedule and informs social workers of pending assessments; generates monthly MDS calendar; creates new assessments per schedule; submits MDS reports to meet deadlines; ensures accuracy of MDS outputs; maintains standards set by accrediting bodies and participates in constructive change; role is based in Long Beach, CA at Villa Serena Healthcare Center.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- Must possess MDS Certification from an accredited program.
- MDS experience in a Long-Term care setting.
