Job Summary

Complete timely and accurate completion of both the RAI process and care management process from admission to discharge in accordance with company policy, Federal, State, and Certification guidelines. Coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department with direction from the VP of Clinical Reimbursement, managing Minimum Data Set, discharge, and admission tracking. Maintain current, unencumbered, active licensure as an LPN/LVN or RN with three years of MDS experience in a nursing care facility. Required Qualifications

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN or RN in this state.
  • Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
  • Must have a working knowledge of managed care rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care.

Desired Qualifications

  • Three (3) years' MDS experience in a nursing care facility preferred.
